Senior Graphic Designer

Qualifications/Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio
showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
Design Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a
proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful designs.

Leadership Experience:

• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of junior
  designers, managing multiple projects, and providing creative direction.
•  Project Management: Experience in managing design projects from concept to
  completion, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and meeting tight
  deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including print
  and digital media, that demonstrates creative thinking, technical proficiency, and
  attention to detail.

  Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Design Software: Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Typography: Understanding of typefaces, fonts, and how to effectively use them in
  design.
• Layout Design: Ability to create visually appealing and balanced layouts.
• Color Theory: Knowledge of color combinations and their impact on design.
• Web Design: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Print Design: Understanding of print processes, including color separation, resolution,
  and print specifications.
