>The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: developing, optimizing, and maintaining responsive frontend applications utilizing modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue); collaborating closely with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to transform requirements into intuitive user interfaces; leading architectural design, establishing best practices, and enforcing rigorous standards pertaining to code quality, performance, and accessibility; constructing reusable UI components and libraries to facilitate scalability and maintainability; conducting code reviews, providing mentorship, and guiding junior and mid-level developers; optimizing applications to maximize speed, security, and cross-browser compatibility; integrating APIs and collaborating with backend engineers to refine data workflows; and remaining abreast of emerging frontend technologies, recommending tools and practices to enhance the development process.

>Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in frontend development, expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, substantial experience with React, Vue, or Angular (React preferred), a comprehensive understanding of state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Zustand), experience with TypeScript and contemporary build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Rollup), familiarity with design systems and component-driven development (e.g., Storybook, Radix), a solid understanding of API integration, REST, GraphQL, and authentication protocols, knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright), a robust understanding of performance optimization, SEO principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG), and superior problem-solving abilities coupled with the capacity to communicate technical concepts with clarity.
