ComplyMarket is seeking a Senior Front End Software Developer to contribute to the reconstruction and future-proofing of its web platform. This role presents an opportunity to participate in a transformative initiative involving the comprehensive rebuilding of core frontend applications, emphasizing performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. The project will leverage a contemporary technology stack and incorporate Atomic Design principles alongside established development practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to develop reusable and accessible UI components that realize the company’s vision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain scalable React.js and Next.js 15+ applications utilizing modular code.
* Design UI components adhering to Atomic Design methodology, including Design Tokens, Atoms, Molecules, and Organisms.
* Translate Figma designs into responsive web interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
* Utilize and extend the shadcn/ui component library to align with the established design system.
* Document UI components using Storybook, providing comprehensive examples, TypeScript typings, and JSDoc annotations.
* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend functionality with the Laravel 12 API, employing RESTful endpoints and AJAX where appropriate.
* Implement accessibility (A11y) best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.
* Monitor and optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness.
* Develop unit and integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library to ensure reliability and maintainability.
* Contribute to a streamlined CI/CD pipeline for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions within an agile development environment.
* Implement semantic HTML, structured data, and optimal page rendering techniques to ensure SEO-friendly development.

Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Advanced proficiency in React.js and Next.js 15+, with a deep understanding of SSR and client-side rendering.
  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with component-driven development and Atomic Design systems.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, including interface design, generics, and type safety.
  • Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs, preferably from a Laravel backend.
  • Familiarity with Storybook for component documentation and visual testing.
  • Comfort working with version control (Git/GitHub) and code collaboration workflows.
  • Awareness of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern frontend tooling (ESLint, Prettier).
  • Bonus if you have basic PHP knowledge to better collaborate with backend systems.
  • You know how to take a Figma design and bring it to life exactly, down to the last pixel.
  • You build with accessibility in mind—ensuring your work is usable by all.
  • You take pride in writing testable code and are familiar with Jest or React Testing Library.
  • You’re curious about performance metrics and love tweaking your components for speed and responsiveness.
  • You’ve worked with CI/CD pipelines and are comfortable deploying to production environments.
