Position Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the client:
One of the prestige retail companies in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
? Manage the preparation of business budgets and forecast in line with business strategy in accordance with Group Timetable and complaint with group and business requirements.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs to provide insightful commentary on the performance of the business as well as associated risks and opportunities.
? Review and monitor tenant performance to understand Sales, OCR, and margin performance. This would include monthly Sales and OCR performance, trend analysis and overall risk
? Act as business partner to the function heads to become liaison between finance and each business function.
? Ensure the compliance of IFRS and Group accounting policies.
