Job Description:**Option:**
* Responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational data from diverse sources to produce insightful reports and dashboards, thereby supporting executive decision-making. This includes developing and maintaining routine and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Creating interactive data visualizations and dashboards utilizing platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is also required to effectively communicate KPIs and financial trends to senior management. Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgetary projections and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Lead the development and management of complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with the organization’s growth strategies. Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, continuously updating forecasts based on performance and evolving business assumptions. Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership, finance partners, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver financial insights that drive operational efficiency and cost optimization. Maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all financial reports and dashboards. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and continuously optimize reporting workflows.
Skills:
– 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or investment analysis.
– Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool
– Proven experience in visualization, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Expertise in financial statement analysis and KPI reporting.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
– Experience in building interactive dashboards and visual storytelling.
– Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling.
