Job Description
Job purpose:
Work closely with the GM and Exec Director Marketing in creating, planning and executing the PR, Social Media and event strategies, to meet Sea Breeze’s marketing and commercial objectives in terms of footfall, sales and guest satisfaction KPIs in line with the overall strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all PR, Social, and Events activities in line with the approved plans, policies, and procedures to ensure timely execution of activities aligned to Sea Breeze marketing & commercial objectives. This includes the design and implementation of buzz-making
- Design and implement event plans for Sea Breeze to generate buzz and commercial opportunity.
- Work closely with the group marketing team and eventual agencies to manage marcomm activities including creative, media relations, social media platforms and on site branding/signage.
- Manage reporting and learnings for all marketing activities or initiatives to provide management with reliable information for review and decision-making.
- Manage social media channels ensuring updates are made regularly across Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok….
- Manage related image bank and content library
- Implementation of customer surveys and analytics of customer data
- Work with Sea Breeze tenants on building the online platforms to showcase Sea Breeze as a destination
- Work on cross selling/ upselling opportunities strategies with GV and other DHE attractions
- Tenant Observation Reports (ensure tenants look and feel up to standard on the ground)
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures and practices to fulfill the business objective

Minimum qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration /Marketing / Communications
Minimum experience:
5 years’ work experience in the field of Social Media, Marketing-communications, and events. Preferably in leisure, entertainment, hospitality or tourism
Skillset:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Experience managing social media platforms in both English and Arabic a must. Experience developing and managing events preferred.
