Job Description: **Senior Executive – Broiler Processing**
Black & Grey HR is conducting a search on behalf of a distinguished Food Manufacturing Company in the United Arab Emirates for a Senior Executive – Broiler Processing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency within the broiler processing division. This position necessitates a proven history in meat and poultry processing, ideally within multinational organizations, coupled with demonstrable leadership capabilities, technical proficiency, and a dedication to continuous improvement. Candidates possessing a fervent commitment to production excellence and operational optimization are encouraged to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensuring rigorous adherence to all quality standards, established protocols, and company procedures throughout the production line.
* Contributing to decision-making processes concerning corrective and preventive actions pertaining to the production department.
* Leading, monitoring, and evaluating team performance, including the management of coaching, performance improvement initiatives, and disciplinary actions as required.
* Overseeing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to the assigned broiler processing lines to achieve optimal performance levels.
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment through employee education and the enforcement of proper equipment usage and safety protocols.
* Implementing and enforcing comprehensive health and safety guidelines across all operational aspects within the production area.
* Monitoring the quality of incoming raw materials (live birds) and finished products to ensure compliance with both internal standards and customer specifications.
* Optimizing process and material flow to maximize equipment utilization and minimize waste generation.
* Developing, revising, and managing documentation pertaining to all Quality & Management Systems.
* Ensuring that the workforce receives adequate training and that all training records are current and properly documented.
* Providing support and accompaniment during internal and external audits, and ensuring the timely implementation of corrective actions in response to identified deviations.
**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in production within the meat and poultry processing industry.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the production department of a multinational company.
* A degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Comprehensive knowledge of production systems, safety protocols, and quality control methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Fluency in both spoken and written English.
