Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**
“We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced ERP Developer to provide technical support and development expertise for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically ERPNext or Odoo. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, along with a minimum of five to six years of relevant experience, demonstrating a verifiable history of successful ERP implementations and customizations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement ERP solutions utilizing Python and R to facilitate the seamless integration of business processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain system requirements and customize ERP tools in accordance with organizational needs and industry best practices.
* Deliver technical guidance and troubleshooting support to users, addressing system defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
* Manage and optimize database operations within the ERP system to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
* Design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards to optimize user experience and ensure seamless interaction with the ERP system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation pertaining to development processes, system configurations, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to improve comprehension and promote efficient utilization of ERP functionalities.”
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of professional experience in ERP development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Next or Odoo is mandatory.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP system certification (ERP Next, Odoo).
- Experience with integration of third-party applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
