**Job Description**
Restroworks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by addressing the specific needs of customers and partners. The successful candidate will develop business plans aligned with geographic and business requirements, and collaborate with marketing to execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to progress prospects through the sales pipeline and maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction within the designated territory.
**Responsibilities:**
* Responding to inquiries from customers and partners, providing tailored information and solutions.
* Engaging and collaborating with business partners as necessary.
* Following up on leads and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
* Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiation, and closing.
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
* Demonstrating fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with the KSA and GCC markets.
* Upholding a positive and professional demeanor, reflecting the company’s core values.
* Coordinating sales support functions with technical sales staff.
* Leveraging relationships to identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities.
* Building the enterprise clientele for Restroworks in KSA and eventually in the GCC region, targeting large restaurant conglomerates with 400/500+ restaurants.
* Directly managing a growing team of senior individual contributors focused on acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships across the region.
* Collaborating with sales team members to penetrate ABM targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territory.
* Researching and identifying new accounts, contacts, and opportunities with segment.
* Utilizing hubspot & linkedin to ensure activities are planned and documented properly
