**Job Requirements:**
* A baccalaureate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of six years of relevant experience in UX and UI Design, with a demonstrated history of leading design projects.
* Proven expertise in user research methodologies, encompassing user interviews, persona development, and user journey mapping.
* Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
* A solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices across various devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
* Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is highly desirable.
* Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into compelling UX objectives and design solutions.
* Experience in conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
* Demonstrated process improvement capabilities, focusing on the identification and implementation of UI/UX design best practices.
* A proven history of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance personnel.
* A comprehensive understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability heuristics.
* Mastery in the creation of detailed design specifications, annotated designs, and comprehensive documentation to clearly communicate design intent.
* Ability to effectively manage project timelines while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
* Experience in the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop user-centric solutions by systematically addressing design challenges and proposing innovative, effective resolutions.
* Conduct thorough user research, facilitating a deeper understanding of user behaviors, pain points, and motivations to inform design decisions.
* Create and analyze information architecture, developing clear sitemaps, content maps, and information flow models to enhance navigation and discoverability.
* Design visually compelling UI elements that align with brand standards, utilizing design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
* Produce original graphics, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and UI behaviors.
* Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine and iterate on designs, ensuring user satisfaction.
* Maintain alignment with industry-standard UX principles while ensuring accessibility and usability across all designs.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
