The role will focus on overseeing the construction and delivery of ICT facilities, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all construction activities related to ICT infrastructure, including data centers, structured cabling, and equipment installation.Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules, resolving delays and coordinating logistics.Oversee material deliveries, equipment placement, and workforce allocation to maintain efficient site operations.Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements during construction.Manage construction documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and progress updates.Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address technical issues and maintain smooth construction workflows.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of overall experience in construction projects.At least 5 years in construction supervision for ICT or data center projects. Regional experience preferred.Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure construction standards.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
