Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall construction plans.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to guide site execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies encountered during construction, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and compliance with safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, documentation, and as-built records for all electrical works.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
