The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in electrical engineering for building projects, particularly within the UAE market. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to prestigious projects and the continued growth of AtkinsRéalis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and approved construction drawings.
* Review and provide technical feedback on contractor submittals, including method statements, inspection requests, and as-built documentation.
* Monitor contractor adherence to contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
* Witness the commissioning of major electrical systems as defined in project specifications.
* Coordinate electrical service installations with other building disciplines.
* Prepare daily inspection reports and contribute to the development of weekly and monthly project progress reports.

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience of 10 – 15 years in Electrical Engineering (Site Operations) for building services, with a focus on Site Supervision.
Previous experience working on building projects in the UAE is essential.
Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes related to Electrical systems in buildings.
Proficiency in relevant software’s
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Must have Middle East, preferably UAE experience.
