The Senior Electrical Engineer assumes responsibility for the comprehensive oversight of all electrical facets within the project lifecycle, encompassing design verification through commissioning. This pivotal role necessitates meticulous management and supervision of the design, installation, and maintenance of all electrical systems, ensuring strict adherence to pertinent codes, standards, and regulations. The Engineer will foster close collaboration with project management teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to guarantee the timely and cost-effective execution of electrical installations. Core duties include, but are not limited to: managing electrical engineering aspects, meticulously monitoring electrical equipment installation, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, providing technical support and guidance, developing and implementing comprehensive receiving procedures for electrical equipment, and establishing robust testing protocols for electrical systems. Furthermore, the Engineer will oversee the efficient and compliant construction of plasterboard installations, leading the execution of electrical components within these systems, from initial design verification and approval to final installation and finishing, across all project phases. Responsibilities in this area encompass project design and planning, diligent project execution, rigorous quality control and risk management, and effective team and client coordination.
