**Key Responsibilities:**

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

1. **Digital Strategy and Campaign Planning:** Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This includes planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, and paid advertising), optimizing campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing and audience segmentation, and strategically managing marketing budgets. Furthermore, this role entails identifying and targeting specific audience demographics with tailored marketing initiatives.

2. **Social Media Marketing and Content Management:** Oversee the development and maintenance of a dynamic content calendar across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), adapting strategies based on data-driven insights, expanding brand reach and influence, and driving sales while acquiring new leads and subscribers. Collaboration with designers is essential to maintain visual consistency that reflects the brand’s mission and vision. The specialist will also develop engaging and creative content for emails, website pages, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and messaging, and working with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality multimedia content.

3. **Paid Advertising (PPC and Social Ads):** Manage the setup, optimization, and performance of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads is highly desirable. The specialist will conduct thorough keyword research, implement audience targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize return on investment (ROI). A data-driven approach is crucial for analyzing ad performance, adjusting budgets, and enhancing campaign effectiveness, including the implementation of retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.

4. **WhatsApp Business Management:** Spearhead the launch and management of WhatsApp Business funnels and strategies, integrating them seamlessly with landing pages. This includes executing effective sales campaigns via WhatsApp, tailored to specific markets and customer profiles, and setting and achieving clear sales targets for the WhatsApp Business channel.

5. **Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing:** Design and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional materials, and lead nurturing sequences. Utilizing automation tools such as Zoho CRM, the specialist will create personalized email sequences and implement segmentation strategies to improve engagement. Performance tracking, including open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversion rates, is essential for continuous improvement.

6. **Collaboration and Innovation:** Work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and developers to produce high-performing digital assets. Maintaining current knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, tools, technologies, and industry best practices is crucial. The role requires experimentation with innovative marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

7. **Analytics and Performance Tracking:** Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights to rigorously monitor campaign performance. Responsibilities include generating comprehensive reports and actionable insights to refine marketing strategies, as well as tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CTRs, cost-per-click (CPC), engagement rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a digital marketing specialist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to run effective digital marketing campaigns that convert into sales, with a full understanding of online sales flow.
  • Innovative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
