Job Description
Responsibility:
• Manage the daily activities for everything related to the digital campaigns.
• Manage a team of Digital Marketing Specialists and their performance.
• Manage the setup of digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the content team to plan and execute the digital ads strategy content.
• Conduct research on industries and topics within the business and use SEO guidelines to optimize content when needed.
• Assist the account managers to draft the new quotations by providing the campaign KPIs and make sure we achieve them.
• Responsible for communicating with the account managers regarding the campaign performance. And provide recommendations if needed.
• Develop and set up online campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display Network, Youtube, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin, Taboola…etc
• Monitor and optimize all running campaigns on a daily basis.
• Set up all events/conversions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel..etc
• Design and develop landing pages.
• Create reports of the campaigns and make recommendations on how to improve campaigns in the future.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the ads and making sure the ads brief is followed 100% correctly.
• Learn and understand marketing methodology.
• Stay current on new online advertising best practices.
• Perform other duties as necessary or required.
Skills
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
• Experience in working with a digital marketing and social media agency.
• Experience in managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists.
• Experience in developing digital ads strategies.
• Min of 3 years experience in the setup of paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display Network, Youtube, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin, Taboola…etc
• Min of 3 years experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Min of 3 years of experience in creating events/conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Accountable and results-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative thinking.
• Should be certified by Google with Google Ads Certificates (Search, Display, Video)
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work as part of a fast-growing team, working independently within set objectives and meeting deadlines.
• Curious and willing to ask questions, dig into difficult problems, and propose solutions.
• Must be a smart and lovely person that is passionate about digital marketing.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Understanding of marketing, technology, digital, and business subjects.
• Be familiar with SEO.
• Positive, can-do attitude, willing to take on new tasks and go above and beyond typical daily responsibilities.
