Job Description:The individual will be responsible for the following:

* Developing and structuring employee, branch, and manpower data within the designated system.
* Planning and documenting data restructuring initiatives to ensure alignment with database requirements.
* Designing and maintaining Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to support the data warehouse project.
* Establishing comprehensive project plans for departmental initiatives, encompassing goal setting and results evaluation methodologies.
* Cleansing and preparing datasets for daily updates to Power BI dashboards.
* Identifying and resolving errors within Power BI reports, and maintaining visualization tools, including charts and dashboards.
* Publishing dashboards and reports on Power BI Services for internal distribution and utilization.
* Managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL, ensuring timely and accurate data uploads.
* Monitoring and mentoring junior employees to ensure the quality and accuracy of their deliverables.
* Testing and evaluating prospective tools to facilitate unified reporting across various departments.
* Receiving and analyzing reports from departments including, but not limited to, audit, operations, branch analytics, customer service, inventory committee, and customer experience.
* Translating operational performance results into measurable evaluation metrics.
* Generating daily reports detailing competitive performance across employees, branches, and regions, with specific emphasis on top sales performers.
* Contributing to the design of structured feedback data for external partners (e.g., Engage Soft).
* Developing Python scripts for tasks such as sentiment analysis and text categorization.
* Creating dashboards focused on sales performance metrics for employees and branches.
* Researching and proposing innovative data tools to optimize and streamline reporting processes.
