Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects and operations remain within budget.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to monitor project costs and identify potential risks.
- Prepare and present reports on cost control performance to senior management.
- Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely cost allocation and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost control efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to cost control staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost control.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Proven experience in cost control in a real estate is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.
