Senior Communications Designer

We are looking for  Senior Communications Designer to join our Team in Dubai. You’ll lead the creation of high-impact visuals across digital, print, web, and product touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand narrative, improving UI/UX, and ensuring a consistent, professional identity across all marketing and sales channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Branding

• Lead design for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, brochures, events, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.
• Translate marketing and sales objectives into effective visual communication.

1. UI/UX Design Support

• Support the design and optimization of Fortis’ website and landing pages.
• Apply UX principles to improve clarity, accessibility, and conversion.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams for seamless delivery.

1. Content Creation

• Design engaging content in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).
• Create scalable templates for email, social, and performance campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, short videos, and explainer visuals that bring our products to life.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver on design needs.
• Establish smooth workflows for creative production.
• Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.

1. Vendor & Print Coordination

• Prepare print-ready files for events, sales kits, and branded materials.
• Ensure high-quality production through third-party vendor collaboration.
