POSITION SUMMARY
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide Commercial Management for NEOM Helios Project.
- Contract review, assessment, guidance
- Routine contracts administration through to final account resolution & close-out
- Change order/claims development for delay and disruption, changes in specification and scope of work growth.
- Assisting schedule control with delay analyses for extension of time Claims
- Drafting Contractual letters to Owner
- Day-to-day guidance and direction of Commercial Manager, NEOM Helios Project.
- Embody the 4S culture of Safety, Speed, Simplicity and Self-Confidence within and outside Air Products.
- Exemplify the Air Products leadership competencies daily: Manage Execution; Strategic Mindset; Lead & Inspire.

Skills
Education/Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Technical degree (or equivalent); MBA a plus
- Expected minimum 15 years’ experience including at least 10 years in commercial role (Contract Management, Commercial management, Business Development or Proposal Management).
- Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate and work with external customers.
- Ability to work cross functionally inside Air Products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Negotiating skills
- Attention to Detail
- Assessment of Commercial Risk
- Thorough understanding of EPC-type contracts, sales process and finance.
- Excellent project management expertise
