Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

Lead the execution of new product launches and technology platforms, and spearhead a robust sales strategy implementation with the sales force. Execute a strong sales and marketing strategy for the Division within the market. Establish effective territory and budget allocation to facilitate business unit growth. Develop impactful and coordinated initiatives to enhance engagement with key account customers. Maintain commercial awareness by monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence on new products, competitive strategies, industry tactics, and business growth opportunities. Engage with key clients to support Regional Sales Managers/Sales Representatives in cultivating relationships and negotiating/closing deals. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other divisions to drive sales performance.

**Qualifications:**

A bachelor’s degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable. A minimum of ten years of experience in sales and marketing, with three to five years in a management or executive management role, preferably within a multinational medical device company, is required.

**Experience & Skills:**

Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Director or Division Business Unit Leader with a proven track record of career advancement. Direct sales experience within the medical device industry, including a strong understanding of key opinion leaders and the primary products and competitors. Proven success in indirect channel/dealer management is highly desirable. Prior experience managing managers is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling high visibility and impact, embodying and promoting Stryker’s values to both customers and employees.

Proven experience in driving market share growth and achieving financial targets. Demonstrated success in building, managing, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams, including proficiency in sales coverage planning, territory optimization, and customer-centric strategies. Demonstrated ability to foster engagement and leverage performance management systems to achieve business objectives, encompassing goal setting, performance planning and monitoring, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a documented history of exceeding organizational goals (e.g., sales quota, growth quota, sales, P&L, engagement). Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong cross-functional influencing skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Fluency in English and the ability to travel within and beyond the designated territory are essential.
