Job Description:**The responsibilities of this position will encompass the following key areas:**
**I. Process Improvement and Optimization:** This includes analyzing current business processes across departments to identify areas for enhancement; developing, implementing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen; and standardizing and documenting processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
**II. Performance Management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** This includes defining and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to measure departmental and organizational efficiency; supporting business units in setting targets and identifying performance gaps; and conducting root-cause analysis and providing actionable insights to management.
**III. Quality and Compliance Management:** This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ISO, EFQM); facilitating audits, assessments, and readiness for certifications; and recommending corrective actions and tracking their implementation for continuous compliance.
**IV. Business Transformation Projects:** This includes leading or supporting strategic transformation and change management projects; collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives; and contributing to innovation and digitization projects that enhance business efficiency.
**V. Training and Knowledge Sharing:** This includes promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the organization; providing training and workshops to employees on business excellence tools and frameworks; and supporting knowledge management and internal best practice sharing.
**VI. Data Analysis and Reporting:** This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to operational performance; developing dashboards and reports to communicate progress and opportunities to senior leadership; and presenting business insights and strategic recommendations based on findings.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Proven experience in using data analytics to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to senior management clearly and effectively.
- Experience in developing and enforcing SOPs and quality benchmarks.
- Ability to monitor service quality and propose performance enhancement strategies.
- High attention to detail and organization skills
