Senior Business Analyst

Job Description Assist with the Product team in business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Analysis the capability with the product/business overall. Assist in the documentation process for the business requirements. Coordinate ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Follow-up with the product owner for the progress & deliver the report status to direct manager. Updating, and maintaining procedures. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager. Job RequirementsUniversity Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.0 – 2 years of experience in Business Studies or Business Analysis, or any related field.Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Analysis.
