Job Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality digital deliverables. Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects Manage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaboration Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows Implement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BIM technologies and best practices within the organization Collaborate with global project teams to ensure consistent BIM implementation across diverse geographical locations Provide expert guidance on complex BIM-related issues and participate in high-level decision-making processes Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery, with a proven track record in senior BIM management roles Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and Navisworks Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise Strong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables for complex infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teams Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale projects Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables Knowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferred International experience working with global project teams is highly desirable Ability to adapt to and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Excellent organizational and time management abilities Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
