The Architectural Technical Office Engineer is accountable for the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural drawings, shop drawings, concrete dimensions for concrete slabs, and specifications, thereby ensuring accuracy, adherence to design intent, and conformity with project stipulations. This position facilitates effective project execution through the provision of technical analysis, meticulous documentation, and proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders, encompassing design teams, consultants, site engineers, and contractors. Specific responsibilities include the preparation and review of architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings; coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to mitigate design discrepancies; verification of compliance with pertinent local codes, regulations, and project specifications; assistance in the compilation of technical submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and method statements; execution of quantity take-offs and support in the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs); monitoring of drawing revisions and management of drawing logs; participation in site inspections and provision of technical assistance as necessary; support of project planning and scheduling through the maintenance of accurate technical documentation; collaboration with procurement teams through the provision of material specifications and requirements; and the maintenance of documentation and records in accordance with established company standards.
