Job Description:Assume the target audience is senior management

**Option:** Direct and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, encompassing billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the accounts receivable function and improve overall team productivity. Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports pertaining to accounts receivable performance. Ensure adherence to established accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Coordinate interdepartmentally to resolve billing and collection discrepancies. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, implementing corrective measures as required. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Assist the Information Technology department with resolving SAP system errors. Manage client data entry into the financial system and online portal. Generate daily and weekly reports for the sales department. Oversee client insurance documentation and continuously monitor client bonuses and discounts. Manage credit account activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate timely payments. Partner with sales and customer service teams to address client-related issues.
