يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية تحليل وفهم متطلبات المستخدمين لتوفير حلول تطبيقية فعالة. يتضمن ذلك إدارة ودعم وصيانة نظام Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP، مع ضمان موثوقية النظام وتحسينه. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقوم بتطوير وإدارة حلول Power Apps لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وأتمتة سير العمل. تشمل المسؤوليات أيضاً إدارة ودعم وتحسين نظام معلومات الطلاب، ونظام إدارة التعلم، والأرشفة الرقمية، ونظام الموارد البشرية، وأي تطبيقات إضافية يتم إدخالها بناءً على احتياجات العمل. يلتزم بتقديم دعم تطبيقات الواجهة الأمامية عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وأنظمة التذاكر أو التفاعلات المباشرة. يضطلع بمسؤولية إجراء دورات تدريبية للمستخدمين لضمان الاستخدام السليم للأنظمة والتطبيقات. يتولى إدارة طلبات تغيير النظام، وتقييم الحاجة إلى التحديثات من خلال الإجراءات القياسية. يقوم بتوثيق العمليات التشغيلية، وتطوير أدلة المستخدم، والحفاظ على سجلات نظام دقيقة. يتواصل مع البائعين الخارجيين للحصول على الدعم الفني وتحسينات البرامج. يحدد فرص تحسين العمليات التجارية والتقنية من خلال مبادرات التحول الرقمي. يعد ويقدم تقارير فنية حول أداء النظام وحالة التطبيق.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in application support within large-scale organizations serving 1,500+ users.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring effective implementation and management.
- Experience with Power Apps for low-code development and process automation.
- Strong background in enterprise applications, including SIS, LMS, Digital Archiving, and HR systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software technologies.
- Proficiency in remote access applications for troubleshooting and system management.

- Flexible and adaptable personality, capable of handling evolving business needs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
