We are currently seeking a highly effective Senior Account Manager to augment our commercial sales team. This position entails cultivating enduring relationships with clients in the Commercial Sector (e.g., retail, manufacturing, logistics, Oil & Gas, finance), identifying prospective opportunities, and fostering sustainable growth through the application of customized solutions.
**Responsibilities inherent to this role encompass:**
* Managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts.
* Serving as the principal liaison for client engagement, satisfaction, and overall success.
* Comprehending client business challenges and formulating tailored solutions from our service offerings, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, and compliance.
* Developing and implementing account growth strategies focused on contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Leading the complete sales cycle, encompassing opportunity identification, proposal development, pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
* Collaborating with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure the consistent fulfillment or surpassing of customer expectations.
* Monitoring market trends and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment.
* Achieving and surpassing established quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Skills:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and commercial sector dynamics.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with mid-sized to large clients.
- Strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with security or infrastructure vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Juniper) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
