Job Description:The organization is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager with proven experience and a demonstrable record of success to manage key client relationships, foster revenue expansion, and secure enduring business alliances. This individual will serve as the principal contact for designated key accounts, direct account strategy development, and collaborate with internal departments to guarantee the provision of exceptional service and effective solutions. The Senior Account Manager must possess a robust commercial acumen, superior communication proficiencies, and the capacity to reconcile client expectations with internal resource capabilities.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

1. Act as the primary interface between the organization and assigned key clients.
2. Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term client relationships grounded in mutual trust and verifiable performance.
3. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, objectives, and sector-specific challenges.
4. Oversee the complete account lifecycle, encompassing onboarding processes, strategic planning initiatives, and service implementation protocols.
5. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure the punctual and superior execution of service delivery.
6. Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and spearhead upselling and cross-selling endeavors.
7. Prepare and present periodic performance evaluations, proposals, and strategic roadmaps to clients.
8. Expedite the resolution of escalated issues and maintain a consistently high degree of client satisfaction.
9. Achieve established account revenue targets and contribute substantively to overall organizational growth.
10. Maintain current awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and pertinent market developments.
