The Security Supervisor position is responsible for safeguarding all hotel guests, employees, their belongings, and hotel assets, under the direction of the Chief Security Officer. The incumbent assists in coordinating the hotel’s security operations in accordance with Wyndham standards, ensuring maximum efficiency, guest satisfaction, and the promotion of a positive work culture.

**General Requirements:**

A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all hotel-related services and products, with the ability to provide recommendations to guests and employees.
Consistent execution of all tasks in accordance with hotel standards and adherence to all hotel rules, procedures, and UAE legal requirements.
In the absence of the Chief Security Officer, manage the department according to established standards, providing a safe, secure, courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, adhering to Hotel Standards of Performance.
Conduct a minimum of one patrol per shift of all property areas to observe and report any irregularities to the Chief Security Officer.
Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, security grooming, and key control.
Maintain proper and accurate records of all documents, including the Security Log, Incident Report, Key Control, Lost and Found, Quarantine List, Visitor Passes, and Gate Pass.
Investigate and provide unbiased incident reports on all claims involving thefts, accidents, injuries, property damage, vandalism, and trespassing involving guests, visitors, or employees, reporting findings to Management.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum five years of experience in the security field.
* Possession of a valid Security Supervisor license – SIRA.
* Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
* Excellent management and supervisory skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
* Ability to handle confidential and classified information.
* Any other security-related training or certifications are an advantage.
