Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Secretary) to support management , The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and able to handle all assistant tasks for management effectively , accurately and with good speed and be able to multitask effectively, and ensure smooth and efficient administrative procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and order replacements when necessary.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • General management assistant
  • Do some marketing and sales to potential clients

 

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
