Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Secretary) to support management , The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and able to handle all assistant tasks for management effectively , accurately and with good speed and be able to multitask effectively, and ensure smooth and efficient administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and order replacements when necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Do some marketing and sales to potential clients
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
