Job Description:**Administrative Assistant (Secretary) Position**
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Secretary) to provide comprehensive support to management. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in effectively managing all secretarial duties with accuracy, efficiency, and discretion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
* Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and professionally addressing inquiries.
* Coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
* Managing office supplies and inventory, including procurement as required.
* Facilitating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
* Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
* General management assistance.
* Marketing and sales activities aimed at potential clients.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
