* Implementation of IT processes across all related IT components.
* Provision of expert consulting services specific to IT components.
* Support for system optimization initiatives.
* Assistance with solution proposals and bid management.
* Delivery of customer workshops and training sessions.
* Periodic assumption of responsibility as a (sub-)project lead.
* Periodic assumption of responsibility as a team lead, providing support to line manager(s) in employee development tasks.
