**Job Description**
This role entails collaborating with key stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and to develop SAP solutions and best practices that effectively address these needs while aligning with the overarching company strategy. The incumbent will conduct routine audits and updates to master data, ensuring its adherence to current business requirements and facilitating accurate reporting and analysis. This position also requires the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules and solutions, encompassing SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and/or other pertinent modules. Furthermore, the role includes the oversight and maintenance of master data within the SAP system, guaranteeing accuracy, integrity, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards. The development, implementation, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets are also integral to this position. Provision of technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of SAP is a key responsibility. The design, development, and implementation of BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support informed business decision-making are expected. Analysis and documentation of business processes, coupled with the identification of areas for process enhancement, are also required. Continuous professional development to maintain current knowledge of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices is essential.
**Qualifications**
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is considered advantageous. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP systems is necessary. SAP Certified Associate Business Process Integration certification is mandatory. A robust understanding of SAP interface systems and business processes is essential. Additional SAP certifications are considered a desirable asset.
