**Position: Customer Service Team Leader**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Team Leader based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the following:

* Oversight and active involvement in customer service and after-sales operations.
* Maintenance of consistently high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Management and supervision of contact center personnel.
* Leveraging analytical capabilities to optimize operational processes.
* Identification of team member training requirements as necessary.
* Contribution to the recruitment process for new team members.
* Supervision of training programs and nesting periods for new hires.

**Work Conditions**

* Schedule: Five (5) workdays per week, with two (2) days off.
* Location: Dokki, Giza.

Skills:

Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must.
  • Inbound and outbound call center team management experience is a must.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
