**Position: Customer Service Team Leader**

This full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt, requires a Customer Service Team Leader to manage and optimize customer service and aftersales operations. Responsibilities include:

* Overseeing and ensuring superior customer satisfaction levels.
* Managing contact center personnel.
* Employing analytical techniques to enhance operational processes.
* Identifying and addressing team training requirements.
* Providing support in the recruitment of team members.
* Supervising training and nesting programs.

**Work Schedule:**

* Five days per week with two days off.
* Location: Dokki, Giza.

Skills:

Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must.
  • Inbound and outbound call center team management experience is a must.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
