Sales Support

Job Description

Provides assistance and support to the sales team & Operations team by responding to their requests e.g. quotations, contracts, appendices & other related reports and documents required.

Main Tasks:

1. Prepare costing sheets based on data provided by sales team & operations team


2. Prepare quotation based on the requirements of sales & operations team


3. Prepare contracts based on the approved quotations and documents submitted by the clients. And raising the financial advance claims on clients.


4. Prepare appendix based on the organic growth requirements by operations


5. Prepare sales related reports (weekly & monthly). Preparing target vs achievements report of sales team.


6. Ensure the proper filing of documents (hard & soft copies) related to contracts and quotations.
