Job Description: **Option:**

The Sales Supervisor for the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector in Doha, Qatar, is a key leadership position responsible for maximizing sales performance and cultivating client relationships within the foodservice industry. This role necessitates a proactive and results-driven individual capable of effectively leading a sales team, developing strategies to expand market penetration, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG sector, with specific expertise in catering and foodservice, and will be accountable for achieving established sales quotas while upholding exceptional standards of service. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing leadership and direction to a team of sales representatives to achieve designated sales targets and objectives.
* Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the HORECA sector.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the foodservice industry.
