Job Description:**NILEWOOD** is currently undergoing a strategic expansion of its commercial operations, aiming to solidify its market presence within the Egyptian industrial sector. To support this initiative, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated **B2B Sales Supervisor** to spearhead sales growth, cultivate strategic client relationships, and ensure consistent revenue generation across our comprehensive product portfolio.
**Role Summary**
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the management and development of B2B accounts encompassing industrial, commercial, and manufacturing clients. The primary objective is to enhance sales performance, expand market share, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role necessitates close collaboration with production, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate a seamless business experience for our clients.
**Core Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales plan designed to achieve pre-defined monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial customers.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within designated territories.
* Conduct regular market analysis, including competitor evaluations and pricing assessments, to inform strategic decision-making.
* Lead customer negotiations, generate quotations, and finalize sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
* Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses to management.
* Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
* Supervise and mentor a small sales team (if applicable), providing support and guidance in field operations.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
