- A well-known building material/technologies company is looking for projects sales specialists for western/ eastern regions.
- Covering the ongoing/coming building construction projects/ contracting companies.
- Generating the enquiries of our building material products
- Reviewing project needs according client feedback, studying project specification and drawings.
- Ability to understand a product datasheet and projects detailed drawings of needed items we are dealing with.
- Preparing our Technical/ Commercial proposals according enquiry requirements.
- Strong technical and negotiation skills.
- Self driven / motivated.
- Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
- Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
- Focus on customer retention by amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
- Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.

- Knowledge of the running/coming construction projects and mega contracting companies. preferably related experience at any of (Access doors/ hatches/ manhole covers, Expansion joints covers, Drainage solutions, Impact protection systems of hand rails/ Wall guards, Fire stopping, Chemicals, Facades, Cladding, Metal works).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- 3 to 5 years experience in that field.
- Bachelor’s degree, Computer skills.
- English& Arabic, speaking/writing is A MUST.
- Driving license & transferable iqama.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
- Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
