Job Description:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for PE pipes, fittings, and related equipment
  • Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on major infrastructure projects, contractors, consultants, engineering firms, and municipal bodies in key sectors like water, wastewater, oil & gas, and agriculture.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, product specifications, and commercial negotiations.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, pricing strategies, and new product developments in the Egyptian piping industry.
  • Tender Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including preparing and submitting detailed technical and commercial offers/bids for tenders and proposals, ensuring compliance with local (e.g., Egyptian Standard ES 1832) and international standards (e.g., ISO 4427).

Technical and Product Expertise

  • Product Promotion: Conduct compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of PE piping systems (e.g., corrosion resistance, flexibility, leakage prevention, long service life, and installation ease).
  • Technical Consultation: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, assisting clients in selecting the correct PE pipe grade (PE 80, PE 100, PE 100-RC) and dimensions for specific pressure and non-pressure applications.
  • Installation Guidance: Offer basic guidance or coordinate specialized training on best practices for PE pipe jointing and installation methods, such as butt fusion and electrofusion welding.

Reporting and Administration

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular and accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback reports.
  • CRM Management: Utilize the company’s CRM system to meticulously track leads, manage customer interactions, and document sales activities.
