Job Description:

  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online research).
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services and the competitive landscape.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
  5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  6. Close sales effectively and efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  8. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within a relevant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.   
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.   
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is a Plus.
