**Job Description:**

**Summary:**

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned retail outlets to achieve established targets for sales, collections, and brand visibility. This individual will be responsible for the generation of orders, implementation of in-store merchandising strategies, management of stock levels, and cultivation of strong relationships with outlet personnel. The Retail Sales Representative will coordinate with delivery and back-office teams to ensure consistent product availability and the diligent execution of company standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Sales & Financial:** Achieve sales and collection objectives as defined by business parameters. Identify and pursue opportunities for sales growth within designated retail outlets. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, providing regular reports to management. Support the execution of trade marketing and promotional campaigns.
* **Operational (Core):** Conduct scheduled visits to all assigned retail outlets in accordance with the established route plan. Ensure consistent product availability, optimal product visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards as outlined in company planograms. Manage back-store stock in accordance with First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles, expiry date monitoring, batch control, and damage prevention protocols. Collect customer orders (Local Purchase Orders – LPOs) and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment. Follow up on pending collections and proactively pursue timely payment. Prepare and submit daily reports to management regarding outlet performance, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) status, and market trends.
* **Operational (General):** Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with store managers and outlet staff. Ensure compliance with all applicable store regulations and operational procedures. Support management initiatives related to new product launches and visibility programs. Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation for orders, invoices, and collections.

**Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in FMCG sales or pre-selling roles.
* Demonstrated proficiency in selling and negotiation techniques.
* Comprehensive knowledge of FMCG retail operations and merchandising standards.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and punctuality.
* Valid UAE driving license.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
