Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and submit price quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products/services, features, and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales reporting systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, payment terms, and pricing structures.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
