Job Description:

Job Purpose

  • Drive revenue by converting qualified prospects into paying customers through professional sales conversations, negotiations, and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings when needed.
  • Conduct full sales calls: needs assessment, solution pitch, objection handling, closing.
  • Present company services/products professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM (deal stage, value, expected closing date).
  • Follow up consistently with leads until the deal is closed.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and commercials.
  • Coordinate with the operations/marketing team once a deal is closed.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (quota).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Attend networking events and represent the company when required.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and deal status updates.
