Job Description
We are looking for a highly dedicated and reliable Sales representative to work well independently or as part of an agricultural sales team to grow our business within Middle East.
Core Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Expanded customer base through current client leads and business directory research.
- Research competitors’ prices, products, and sales techniques.
- Ability Build strong client network for agricultural product sales through in- Fulfil customer product orders and respond to complaints and questions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Ensure timely order filling and customer service in coordination with sales managers.
- Recommended products to customers based on individual needs and preferences.
- Provided customers with price and delivery date information.
- Follow up on payments and ensure on time collection.
- Follow up on shipments, clearance process and related paperwork legalization to clear goods.
- Develop, maintain, and update customer database
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Create quotes at agreed margins.
Skills
Core Qualifications / Requirements
- Mechanical engineering/Agricultural education
- or similar field sales experience, previous experience in selling agricultural equipment is a plus
- Outstanding skills in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Adept at maintaining cordial and professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Familiarity with BRM & CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationship.
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Always available, mobile, and open to travel
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interact with high profile clients and executive
- At least Two years of experience
