Job Responsibilities:Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.Analyze reports and market activity.Create weekly dashboards for channel reporting.Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting all metrics to internal, external senior management.Handling internal technical issues with the support team.Daily market review.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discpline.1 to 2 years of experience, preferred in call center reporting, workforce, insight team, or any similar function.Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access preferred to have a knowledge of power bi (prove of knowledge required).Excellent Communication Skills (verbally and written).Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Ability to discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
