Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following areas:**

1. **Sales Operations and Support:** Monitoring daily sales performance across all branches, generating performance dashboards and reports, assisting in the establishment and tracking of sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and incentive programs for the retail sales team, coordinating between sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and billing integrity, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates in point-of-sale (POS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems for all sales transactions, and supporting the implementation of new sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all outlets.

2. **Inventory and Product Management:** Collaborating with inventory and merchandising teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of high-demand items, supporting daily and monthly stock reconciliation between system records and physical counts, particularly for high-value items such as gold and diamonds, and tracking product movements between branches, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.

3. **Process Improvement and Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales, returns, and customer service across all retail branches, assisting in auditing sales and inventory transactions to identify discrepancies or losses, and recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and minimize operational errors.

4. **Sales Analytics and Reporting:** Analyzing sales trends by product category, location, and sales team to generate actionable insights, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review, and providing analytical support for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

5. **Cross-functional Coordination:** Collaborating closely with marketing, finance, logistics, and human resources departments to support sales operations and resolve issues, facilitating communication between branch managers and head office for streamlined coordination, and supporting the onboarding and training of new sales staff on systems, tools, and operational procedures.
