Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and inventory reportsResponsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRMFollow-up on the inventory on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accuratelyKeeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract. Develop all necessary reports that assist management.Prepare commission reports and deliver it to CEO

Job Requirements :

Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST+3 years experience in the same position as Operation ManagerExperience in sales operations and contracts.Excellent Communication skills.Proficiently in Microsoft OfficeProficiently in using CRM systemLeadership skills.Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
