Sales Pipeline ManagementOversee the sales pipeline for technology solutions across multiple regions.Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting via Zoho CRM.Monitor pipeline health, address bottlenecks, and maintain data accuracy.2. Sales Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate performance reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.Conduct win/loss analysis and provide strategic insights to sales leadership.3. CRM & Data ManagementMaintain Zoho CRM integrity, customization, and automation.Train sales teams on CRM best practices to maximize efficiency.4. Sales Process OptimizationImprove workflows, forecasting, and quota management.Streamline lead-to-opportunity conversion with marketing and pre-sales teams.5.
